What is your return policy, and how many days do I have to return it?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
How do I return an item?
Once you email us on email@example.com, we will ask you to send it to a specific location and we will refund you once we receive the product. There are no PWA stores currently which is the reason there is no specific location to send to.To return your product, you should email us first and we will instruct you where to post due to not having a fixed location
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How long does it take to get refunded?
Once the product has arrived, we will refund you on the same day. However, if the item that has been returned is because of any faulty; we will assess it to see if the fault was from us or not. If it is not from our side, we will re-send the product as it is not refundable due to our policy.
