What is your return policy, and how many days do I have to return it?

PWA's return policy is of a 14 day period once the item has been delivered.PWA custom make each item per order and customers are eligible for a refund if the items did not arrive or if they are faulty and damaged. PWA will happily do an exchange if the ordered size is incorrect, this will be done as a maximum of two times. Please note all return/exchange deliveries will be paid by the customers own expense - for items that are above £50 we suggest the customer to send it via a track-able method to avoid it getting lost in post. Once the items have been received PWA will assess it and will process a refund within 5 - 7 business working days.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt of the purchase sent to officialpwacustomerservice@gmail.com.

How do I return an item?

Once you email us on officialpwacustomerservice@gmail.com, we will ask you to send it to a specific location and we will refund you once we receive the product. There are no PWA stores currently which is the reason there is no specific location to send to.To return your product, you should email us first and we will instruct you where to post.

How long does it take to get refunded?

Once the product has arrived, we will refund you in 5 to 7 working days. However, if the item that has been returned is has any faulty; we will assess it to see if the fault was from our side or not. If it is not from our side, we will re-send the product as it is not refundable due to our policy.
